FREE PRE-ENGAGEMENT SERVICE
Our free pre-engagement service is based on the information provided without checking documents and is intended to provide relevant information upfront to enable you to take an informed decision, before committing to the process. We will:

  • identify likely visa options, if any
  • provide an overview and core requirements for the identified visa;
  • provide potential points score (for points-based visas);
  • advise
    • our professional fees
    • visa application charges;
    • terms of payment; and
    • estimated processing times

 

COMPREHENSIVE POST-ENGAGEMENT SERVICE
You then confirm your decision to engage our service and upon receiving your confirmation, we will enter into ‘Service Agreement’ providing terms and conditions including service to be provided, responsibilities of each party, our fees, visa application charges, payment schedule, refund policy and more. Service will commence upon execution of the ‘Service Agreement’ and we will:

  • advise documentation required;
  • scrutinise the documents to ensure that all policy requirements are met;
  • advise areas of concern if any, based on scrutiny of documents;
  • apply for and arrange skills assessment for your nominated occupation (for skilled visas Australia);
  • apply for and obtain qualifications assessment if required (for skilled visas New Zealand);
  • prepare and submit your Expression of Interest;
  • prepare and lodge your visa application;
  • make submissions in support of your visa and related applications;
  • liaise with your case officer and respond to queries raised if any;
  • represent you throughout the service period until receipt of visa decision;
  • advise you of policy changes if any that may impact your visa application.

STUDENT SERVICE

Our comprehensive student service includes pre-enrolment service – assistance with course selection and enrolment – and post-enrolment service – arrange student visa. We will:

  • work with you in selecting an appropriate course of study based on your study course preference;
  • advise ‘admission requirements’ including documentation;
  • assist you with preparation of your ‘enrolment application’ to required standards;
  • advise ‘student visa requirements’ including documentation;
  • prepare and submit your student visa application and arrange your student visa;
  • arrange appropriate visa for your partner and dependent children, as applicable.

 

EMPLOYER SERVICE

We assists New Zealand employers wishing to employ migrate workers and will:

  • explain the process and the three stages for employing migrant workers;
  • provide advise and guidance in meeting employer accreditation and job check requirements;
  • prepare and submit employer accreditation application;
  • prepare and submit job check application;
  • make submissions in support of employer accreditation and job check applications;
  • liaise with case officer and respond to queries raised, if any;
  • represent the employer throughout the service period until receipt of employer accreditation and job check decision.
